There are many benefits to switching from your existing halogen lights, fluorescent tubes, compact fluorescent lights (CFLs), mercury vapour highbays and so on. I have listed a number of benefits below:
- These existing lights are inefficient, meaning they use a far higher wattage to perform the same purpose of efficient, low wattage LED lights. Higher wattage = wasted power consumption and therefore unnecessarily increasing your lighting bill.
