In typical Strata carparks or firestairs, existing fittings usually hold twin 36W T8 fluorescent tubes with 2 x 8W magnetic B2 ballasts. This equates to 88 watts of energy consumption per fitting. You can replace these fittings with an LED luminaire fitting that only consumes just over 17W-19W per fitting. For higher ceilings we recommend a 34W LED to achieve the desired lighting (lux) levels and good energy savings.

These LED fittings also feature individual microwave motion sensors which reduce the energy drawn by the light, increasing your energy savings dramatically and the efficiency of the LED light.

All LED lighting upgrades meet the AS1680 standards which is a requirement of the NSW Energy Savings Scheme (ESS). This also confirms the required light output (lux) levels.
